The states indicated by a blue X are those that currently honor a PA resident permit. The states indicated by a red X are those that honor a Utah non-resident permit not covered by a PA permit. The total number of states you will legally be able to carry concealed including Pennsylvania is 34.

Note: Formal reciprocity agreements are generally static. However, informal recognition of one states permit by another can change. Contact the Attorney General's office of the state(s) you intend on traveling through or visiting to verify your permit is valid.
