We cordially invite you to join our Yahoo Groups E-mail list. This is a low traffic, "On Topic" list. You will have to register with Yahoo and create a user profile. With regard to privacy issues, you have complete control of disclosing as much or as little about yourself when you create your profile.
If you need assistance with your Yahoo profile, please contact our Webmaster .
This is a list devoted to firearms training news and information. Initially intended to cover training and events within a few hours drive of Pittsburgh, Pa. (southwestern Pa., eastern Ohio, northern W.Va., etc.), it has become wider in scope. All trainers, sponsors of training events and those interested in training issues, wherever they are, are welcome to post.
Information on this list includes training schedules, prices, course descriptions, and when different trainers from out-of-state are going to be in the area. Also welcome are postings about firearms training methods and techniques, evaluations and reviews of trainings and trainers, dates and locations of practice sessions, warnings about dangerous or defective ammo or equipment, and questions and answers. We hope this will become a place to go for those who want to find out who is offering what training and where.
This is not an open forum for opinions about firearms in general, religion, politics or social commentary. Most folks on this list already have too much off-topic e-mail to pick through. We we want to keep the number of postings down by limiting the discussion to the topic of firearms training and related issues.
This list is unmoderated, but supervised. This means messages are not pre-approved, but membership is restricted and those who do not follow our rules are removed from the list. Critical analysis is encouraged. However, personal attacks, disparagement of others, and ridicule of posted views, opinions or questions ("flaming") are not permitted. We ask that members use their real names, and be accountable for what they post.
